Better than granola, and we'll defend that. Coconut yoghurt, banana, honey, and a fistful of Simply Sweetened Kurma for the morning you're in no rush.

Ingredients · serves 1
  • Coconut yoghurt 150g
  • Banana, sliced 1
  • Honey or maple syrup 1 tbsp
  • Simply Sweetened Kurma a generous handful
  • Toasted coconut flakes 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt a pinch

A pot of coffee and absolutely nowhere to be.

Method · 5 minutes
  1. Spoon the yoghurt into your favourite bowl and smooth the top.
  2. Fan the banana across one half and drizzle everything with the honey.
  3. Add a generous fistful of Simply Sweetened Kurma, half crushed and half whole, so you get both powder and snap.
  4. Finish with toasted coconut and the smallest pinch of salt. Eat slowly, it's Sunday.
