Better than granola, and we'll defend that. Coconut yoghurt, banana, honey, and a fistful of Simply Sweetened Kurma for the morning you're in no rush.

- Coconut yoghurt 150g
- Banana, sliced 1
- Honey or maple syrup 1 tbsp
- Simply Sweetened Kurma a generous handful
- Toasted coconut flakes 1 tbsp
- Sea salt a pinch
Pairs with
A pot of coffee and absolutely nowhere to be.
Method · 5 minutes
- Spoon the yoghurt into your favourite bowl and smooth the top.
- Fan the banana across one half and drizzle everything with the honey.
- Add a generous fistful of Simply Sweetened Kurma, half crushed and half whole, so you get both powder and snap.
- Finish with toasted coconut and the smallest pinch of salt. Eat slowly, it's Sunday.
