Refund policy

We want you to love every bite. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Because it is food

Kurma is a freshly made food product. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or part-used, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, past its best-before date, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo where you can. We will look into it straight away.

How we put it right

Depending on what has happened, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Where the fault is ours, that refund includes any delivery charge you paid.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Once we have processed a refund, it can take a few working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Changed your mind

Because our products are perishable food items, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period that applies to most online purchases. If your order is still sealed and unopened and you would like to return it, please get in touch and we will help wherever we can.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different flavour, please place a new order and return the original where it is eligible.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Your statutory rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
