Shipping policy
Every order is packed by hand in small batches and sent with care. Here is exactly how, and when, your Kurma will reach you.
Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. The services available to you, along with prices and estimated delivery times, are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Free UK delivery over £30
UK delivery is free on all orders over £30. On orders below that, a tracked delivery charge is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises.
How we send it
Within the UK, every parcel is sent tracked with Royal Mail. You choose your preferred service at checkout:
- Tracked 48 for standard delivery.
- Tracked 24 for faster, priority delivery.
Kurma is shelf-stable and travels beautifully, so it arrives in the same crunchy condition it left our kitchen.
Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days. During busy periods or special promotions this can take a little longer, and we will always keep you posted if so.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel right to your door.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the service you choose and where your order is going. We give the most accurate estimates we can, but we cannot guarantee exact dates, as occasional delays with weather, carriers or customs are outside our control.
International orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. International deliveries can also take longer while they clear customs.
If something goes wrong
In the rare event that your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Share your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will investigate with the carrier and put things right.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct and complete. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as you can. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to make changes, but we will always do our best to help.
